Not to Exceed Amount for Projects

CWN Consulting's comprehensive estimates and contracts include a “not-to-exceed” amount. This is an assurance from CWN Consulting that your costs will not exceed a specified amount. This assurance provides the same kind of protection as a project warrantee. Should this “not-to-exceed” amount be reached before a project is complete, you will not be charged for work that is required to complete the project to specifications, including any repairs that might be needed after a finished project has been delivered (some limitations apply).
